Born and raised in a catholic family, I was rather shaken with the criticism of religion we talked about in religion class at school. Very curious, and not really knowing anything, after the “matura” certificate I started studying philosohpy at Vienna University. I finished the curriculum with a diploma thesis and a master degree (Magister).

In consequence, the studies led me to the more practical approaches to the questions of life, death, happines and love, which had been developed in the east, especially Soto Zen buddhism and kundalini yoga.
